The website provides information about Mock Icons, Adaptive IP, collectible character concepts, cultural observations, newsletters, Culture Votes, and related projects.

2. Culture Votes
Culture Votes allow participants to express preferences regarding character concepts and other creative ideas.
Participation in a Culture Vote does not create any ownership, intellectual-property, compensation, royalty, voting, investment, or other rights in Mock Icons, Adaptive IP, Riviti Inc., or any character or concept.
Culture Vote results are one source of information Mock Icons may consider when making creative and commercial decisions. Mock Icons retains sole discretion regarding whether, when, and how any character, concept, collection, or product is developed, modified, commercialized, or discontinued.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its contents—including the Mock Icons name, character concepts and designs, artwork, graphics, text, newsletter content, Culture Vote materials, Adaptive IP materials, logos, branding, and other creative elements—are owned by or licensed to Riviti Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and share links to publicly available Mock Icons content for personal, noncommercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, modify, create derivative works from, scrape, systematically collect, train artificial-intelligence models on, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
4. Adaptive IP
References to Adaptive IP, its principles, methodologies, systems, processes, terminology, research, or related materials are provided for informational purposes.
Publication of information about Adaptive IP does not grant any license or right to reproduce, implement, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative systems based upon proprietary Mock Icons or Adaptive IP materials.
5. User Submissions and Feedback
If you voluntarily provide comments, suggestions, feedback, Culture Vote responses, or other input, you agree that we may use that input for research, analysis, creative development, product development, and other legitimate business purposes without compensation or obligation to you.
You retain ownership of intellectual property you independently own in materials you submit to us.

You may subscribe to Culture Is the Character through our website or related signup forms.
You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time through the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
